These terms govern your use of PromptEngine (https://prompt.navapilot.com), operated by NavaPilot. By using PromptEngine you agree to these terms.
The service
PromptEngine helps you turn a goal into well-structured prompts for AI tools by asking clarification questions and generating prompt variations. Features may change, and we may suspend or discontinue parts of the service.
Your account
You may use PromptEngine as a guest or sign in. You are responsible for activity under your account. Guest data may be lost if you clear your browser storage without signing in.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use PromptEngine for anything illegal, harmful, deceptive or that infringes others' rights;
- attempt to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or bypass rate limits or security;
- submit content you don't have the right to use, or other people's sensitive personal data.
We may limit or suspend access if these terms are violated.
Your content
You keep ownership of the requests you submit and the prompts generated for you, and you may use generated prompts for any lawful purpose. You grant us permission to process your content to operate the service and, as described in our Privacy Policy, to improve it.
AI output
Prompts are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your purpose. Review them before use.PromptEngine does not guarantee any result obtained from using a generated prompt with another AI system.
Disclaimer and liability
PromptEngine is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NavaPilot is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
